Church leaders from different parts of the country receive their blessings from the General Overseer Pastor Kuria Karanja, as he concluded a three day general conference on leadership yesterday evening. The event ran from 17th to 19th January 2016, and is usually held semi-annually at the church headquarters in Nairobi. The leaders gather from all parts of the republic, for a three day workshop, where they are empowered with management and leadership skills.

The bible encourages us to acquire knowledge because those who seek it are termed as wise. That is why the executive committee of the church has always prioritized the idea of improving the skills of those people who are in leadership positions through organizing such forums. The leaders also share their successes and challenges that they face in their respective regions and give recommendations on how to best run the tasks entrusted to them. It is a collective effort which ensures that all pastors, church elders, deacons and village leaders are equipped with necessary skills to execute their respective duties in a faithful, responsible and professional manner.
